課程目標及內涵 (Course Objectives and Contents) :
近年來分子生物學蓬勃發展，這門科學主要探討從DNA到蛋白質的基本機制及調控，藉以了解特定基因或基因體的生物功能。
課程分三大部份：
(1) Maintenance of the genome
(2) Expression of the genome
(3) Regulation
In recent years, molecular biology has flourished, focusing on the fundamental mechanisms and regulation from DNA to proteins to understand the biological functions of specific genes or genomes.
The course is divided into three major parts:
