課程目標及內涵 (Course Objectives and Contents) :
這門課程介紹了蛋白質、醣類、脂質和核酸等生物分子的基本化學結構、功能和代謝。同時,該課程還將介紹重要的生物信號傳遞途徑以及解決生物問題所應用的方法原則。
1. 生物分子(如蛋白質、酶、醣類、脂質和核酸)的基本化學結構和功能。
2. 生物信號傳遞途徑。
3. 生物分子(如蛋白質、醣類、脂質、核酸)的代謝及其調節。
4. 生物分子的分離、純化和特性化的方法原則。
Introduces the basic chemical structures, functions and metabolism of biomolecules such as proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, and nucleic acids. This course will also introduce important biosignaling pathways as well as the principles of methods applied in solving biological problems.
1. The basic chemical structures and functions of biomolecules such as proteins, enzymes, carbohydrates, lipids, and nucleic acids.
2. Biosignaling pathways.
3. The metabolism of biomolecules such as proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, nucleic acids and their regulations.
4. Principles of methods for isolation, purification, and charaterization of biomolecules.
