課程目標及內涵 (Course Objectives and Contents) :
生物化學 I 課程主要向學生教授生物大分子的結構、功能(包括: 蛋白質、脂類、核酸、醣) 以及相關的生物技術原理。生物化學課程內涵:藉由介紹生物大分子的結構、功能(包括: 蛋白質、脂類、核酸、醣) 以及相關的生物技術原理,充實學生們生物化學之專業知識,擴大未來應用之領域及培養生技產業之人才。
The main objective of the Biochemistry I course is to teach students the structure and function of biomolecules (including proteins, lipids, nucleic acids, and carbohydrates) as well as the principles of related biotechnologies. The content of the Biochemistry course includes the introduction of the structure and function of biomolecules, expanding students' professional knowledge in biochemistry, and broadening the application areas for future development while cultivating talent for the biotechnology industry.
