2027年第一梯次實習生招募簡章
一、目的 本館為運用專業人力與教育資源，培育美術館研究、典藏、展覽、教育、行銷等人才，提供國內外大專院校學生實務學習的機會。
二、招募對象 國內外大專院校與本館實習需求業務相關系所之在學學生，均可向本館提出申請。
三、實習期間與時數 2027/01/01-06/30 第一梯次實習，單日實習時數至少4小時，實習總時數須達至少160小時。
四、實習內容 2027年第一梯次實習生招募，每人至多可申請2個部門，惟本館將依據實習生學經歷及部門實習內容進行篩選及分配，最終將以本館公告名單為主。各實習內容與需求背景詳如下表：

1. 有興趣了解美術館及文化領域公共關係經營者
2. 具備基本數據蒐集、整理及分析能力為佳
3. 有意參與實習內容(3)者，需具備中級以上外語綜合能力，能進行基礎外文溝通(請敘明熟稔外語語種)

1. 協助展覽及各項活動之動／靜態影像紀錄
2. 社群平台短影音企劃發想與製作協力

五、申請時間 即日起至2026年10月31日前受理申請，逾期恕不受理。但遇特殊狀況且經本館同意者，不在此限。
六、申請方法(一) 申請步驟及應具文件：
國內外大專院校與本館業務相關科系之學生，得檢附下列文件於招募時間向本館申請實習：
(1)填具「新北市美術館 2027年第一梯次實習申請表」。
(2)簽署「新北市美術館 個人資料蒐集、處理及利用同意書」。
(3)個人履歷（格式不拘）。
(4)實習動機（含實習目標、項目、期間、預定實習部門及預期成果）。
(二) 申請資料繳交方式：
請以電子郵件寄送至 hr@ntcart.museum，主旨註明：「新北市美術館實習申請-[申請部門]-(申請者姓名)」。
七、
甄選流程
(一) 書面審查：
申請人於2026年10月31日前繳交申請應備文件，本館收件後先進行書面審查，於11月中旬以電子郵件通知審核通過者參與面試。
(二) 面試：
通過書面審查者於11月下旬完成面試，面試時間與方式由各實習需求部門與通過複審者接洽確認。
(三) 錄取通知：
預計12月上旬於本館官方網站上公告錄取名單，並採電子郵件各別通知錄取學生。請錄取學生詳閱實習報到與相關注意事項，並於公告後一週內前以該通知信回覆是否如期報到實習，逾期未回覆者則由備取生依序遞補。
八、實習規範
(一) 實習生到館實習為學習性質，本館不給付薪酬及福利（包含津貼、交通、膳宿等），亦不投保勞工保險、全民健康保險、勞工退休金保險及職業災害保險等社會保險。
(二) 本館提供實習生實習期間團體意外傷害保險。
(三) 實習生須與本館簽署實習合約書。

(四) 實習生應配合各部門業務需要於例假日實習。
(五) 實習生於實習期間應遵循本館指定人員之指導及考核。
(六) 實習生每月應提交實習日誌，並於實習結束後一個月內繳交實習總報告一份，內容應含實習日誌、實習生自我評量表及實習心得。上述內容將供作成果評核依據，於實習期間達規定時數、依時限繳交實習總報告，且評核合格者，由本館核發實習證明。
(七) 實習生於本館實習，應遵守本館管理規定，所獲悉之本館於營業上、技術上之秘密，不得洩漏，實習結束後亦同。
(八) 未經本館許可，不得擅自以各種方式攜出、列印、複製、引用以及對外發表本館未經公開發表之所有資料與檔案。
(九) 實習生如有不當或損害館譽之行為，本館有權終止實習。
九、計畫異動：如因天災、事變或其他不可抗力等因素而影響實習計畫執行，則將再視情況延期／取消或調整實習時數。本館保留計畫最終修改、變更、解釋及取消之權利，若有相關異動將公告於官方網站及實習生通知。

新北市美術館個人資料蒐集、處理及利用同意書
Form of Consent for Personal Data Collection, Processing and Use
新北市美術館（以下稱本館）為辦理 2027年第一梯次實習生招募 業務，蒐集申請人個人資料，依照個人資料保護法告知下列事項：
In order to conduct the 2027 Internship Recruitment, New Taipei City Art Museum (hereinafter referred to as “the Museum”) will collect, process, and use applicants’ personal data. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the Museum hereby provides the following notice:
一、蒐集之目的： Purpose of Collection
(一) 辦理 2027年第一梯次實習生招募 業務之資料。 Processing information related to the 2027 Internship Recruitment.
(二) 實習期間照片之拍攝及利用。 Photographing and use of images taken during the internship period.
二、個人資料之類別：姓名、性別、出生年月日、國民身份證、學校系所、聯絡方式（地址、電話、電子郵件）、實習期間工作紀錄之照片。 Categories of Personal Data：Name, gender, date of birth, National Identification Number, school and department, contact information (address, phone number, email), and photographs documenting work during the internship period.
三、個人資料利用之期間、範圍、對象及方式： Time Period, Scope, Recipients, and Methods of Using Personal Data
(一) 期間：個人資料蒐集之特定目的存續期間。 Time Period：The retention period for the collection of personal data for specific purposes.
1.於上列利用期間屆滿後，申請但未錄取者個人資料予以銷毀。 For applicants not accepted, personal data will be destroyed after the above period.
2.於上列利用期間屆滿後，錄取者本館僅保留其姓名、電子郵件、學校、系所及聯絡電話，其餘資料予以銷毀。 For accepted interns, the Museum will retain only their name, email address, school, department, and contact phone number; all other data will be destroyed after the above period.
(二) 範圍：新北市美術館。 Scope：Within the New Taipei City Art Museum.
(三) 對象：申請人個人資料於上列利用期間內由本館實習業務承辦人及實習部門輔導員保管。 Recipients: The Museum’s internship program staff and departmental supervisors in charge of internship guidance, within the above period.
(四) 方式：以自動化機器或其他非自動化之利用方式，及使用於本館各項服務及統計研究分析。 Methods: Data may be processed by automated and non-automated means, and used for the Museum’s services as well as statistical and research analysis.

四、申請人依個人資料保護法第三條規定得行使之權利及方式： Rights of the Applicant under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act
(一) 查詢或請求閱覽。 To inquire about or request access to your personal data.
(二) 請求製給複製本。 To request copies of your personal data.

(四) 請求停止蒐集、處理或利用。 To request the cessation of collection, processing, or use.
(五) 請求刪除。 To request deletion.
五、如拒絕提供實習生招募業務所需之必要資料，本館將無法判斷您的個人資料正確性及接受實習申請相關事宜。 If you refuse to provide the personal data required for the internship recruitment process, the Museum will be unable to verify the accuracy of your information and therefore unable to process your internship application.
申請人於申請前已清楚暸解本館蒐集、處理及利用您個人資料之目的及用途，並於送交申請資料時自願同意本館在上述目的內蒐集、處理、利用您所提供之相關個人資料。 By submitting this application, the applicant fully understands the purposes and scope of the Museum’s collection, processing, and use of personal data, and voluntarily consents to such collection, processing, and use within the purposes stated above.
