東海大學生命科學系(生態組)誠徵教職

一、職位：    助理教授或以上職級一名

二、聘期： 2027年8月1日起聘

三、研究專長： 生態演化領域。具備將新興科技（如人工智慧、機器學習等）應用於生態或演化                          研究之跨領域專長者尤佳。

四、學術條件：1. 具博士學位：生態學、演化生物學或相關領域。

               2. 具博士後研究經驗。

               3. 近五年內發表SCI國際期刊學術論文至少兩篇

               4. 近五年內曾主持或參與研究計畫

 

五、檢附資料：

  1. 個人履歷（含個人學經歷與著作目錄）
  2. 學位證書影本
  3. 附著作影本或抽印本
  4. 近五年內主持或參與研究之計畫
  5. 教學（可任教科目與授課大綱，至少3門，如：本系必修課及所屬專長兩門選修課等）
  6. 未來研究計畫書（內容須包含：(1) 爭取國科會等外部研究計畫之規劃；(2) 適合本系大學部學生參與之專題研究構想）
  7. 推薦函至少3封（請推薦人直接 Email 至系辦公室）
  8. 其他有助審查資料

Faculty Position in Department of Life Science

Tunghai University, TAIWAN

 

I. Position: One full-time faculty member at the Assistant Professor level or above.

II. Starting Date: August 1, 2027

III. Area of Expertise: Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. Candidates with experience applying emerging technologies (e.g., Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning) to ecological or evolutionary research are preferred.

IV. Qualifications:

  1. Ph.D. degree in Ecology, Evolutionary Biology, or a related field.
  2. Postdoctoral research experience.
  3. At least two academic papers published in SCI international journals within the last five years.
  4. Experience as a principal investigator or co-investigator in research projects within the last five years.

V. Required Application Documents:

  1. Curriculum vitae (including educational background, professional experience, and a complete publication list).
  2. Copy of Ph.D. diploma/certificate.
  3. Copies or reprints of relevant publications.
  4. List of research projects hosted or participated in within the last five years.
  5. Teaching portfolio (including a list of potential courses to teach and syllabi for at least 3 courses).
  6. Future research plan (Please explicitly include: (1) Strategies for securing external funding; (2) Potential research topics suitable for undergraduate students' participation.)
  7. At least three letters of recommendation (Please ask your referees to email the letters directly to the department office).
  8. Any other supporting materials.
