課程目標及內涵 (Course Objectives and Contents) :
細胞生物學實驗課訓練學生獨立操作現代細胞學幾個主要技術和儀器，本課程藉由藥物處理做為主題串連所有實驗項目探討藥物處理後的各種細胞行為和分子表現。整學期的實驗課程中，學生將分組持續培養細胞進行一系列的實驗操作，一方面訓練學生穩定度，同時也培養學生分工合作的能力。課程中也將教導學生針對不同單元技術進行數據分析和圖表呈現。期末時學生將會以研究論文的方式呈現所有的實驗數據和結果。
Cell Biology Laboratory aims to train students to independently operate several key techniques and instruments in modern cell biology. Throughout the course, students will explore various cellular behaviors and molecular expressions after drug treatments, with drug treatment as the overarching theme connecting all experimental activities. During the entire semester, students will work in groups to continuously culture cells and conduct a series of experimental procedures. This approach not only enhances students' proficiency but also cultivates their teamwork skills. The course will also instruct students on data analysis and graphical presentation for different experimental techniques. At the end of the course, students will present all experimental data and results in the form of a research paper.
