課程目標及內涵 (Course Objectives and Contents) :
本實驗課程配合植物生理學之上課進度，使學生透過實作加強對植物生理學基礎知識的認知，並學習基本植物生理現象之量測與組織培養技術，並著重實驗報告之撰寫與小組討論，以培養學生的基礎研究能力。
1.學習植物生理學之實驗方法
2.學習各種植物生理現象的測量技術
3.學習植物組織培養的技術
This laboratory course is designed to complement the topics covered in plant physiology lectures, allowing students to reinforce their understanding of basic plant physiology concepts through hands-on experiments. Students will learn techniques for measuring fundamental plant physiological phenomena and plant tissue culture methods. Emphasis will also be placed on writing experimental reports and participating in group discussions to cultivate students' research skills.
1. Learn experimental methods in plant physiology.
2. Acquire techniques for measuring various plant physiological phenomena.
3. Master the techniques of plant tissue culture.
