 研究領域          生物資訊、生物技術、轉譯醫學及生物醫學相關領域         

 教     學          需負責普通生物學、轉譯醫學、生物資訊及分子細胞生物學相關課程（如藥理學、生物資訊、基因體學、蛋白體學等）之教授，及可使用英文授課。

Faculty Position in Department of Life Science

Tunghai University, TAIWAN

 

The Department of Life Science at the Tunghai University invites applications for a faculty position at the Assistant/Associate/Full professor level starting Feb. 1, 2019. We seek outstanding applicants who address fundamental research questions in bioinformatics, biotechnology, translation medicine and biomedical sciences. In addition to pursuing an internationally recognized research program, the successful candidate will be committed to excellence in the teaching of both undergraduate and graduate students. Applicants must have a PhD and preferably at least two years of postdoctoral experience.

Responsibilities include establishing and conducting an internationally competitive, externally funded, research program, teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels, supervising graduate students and performing service duties for the department, university, and academic/scientific community.

Applicants should submit a single PDF file composed of: 1. cover letter; 2. CV; 3. a description of their research experience, interests, and proposed projects; and 4. a statement of their teaching experience, interests, and philosophy; 5. Transcripts for assistant professor. Also, applicants should arrange to have three letters of recommendation submitted on their behalf.
